Dudley Land Company is a land agent broker for energy companies across the United States. When I worked as Director of Content at Benali, a marketing agency, they came to us for a range of services, including a website overhaul.

The old website was outdated and didn't help them educate or engage visitors. The copy didn't demonstrate their experience or expertise well, nor did it help visitors understand how Dudley could help them be more successful.

Dudley is an innovative company with a powerful history of offering a customer experience that is unmatched in their industry, and they wanted their website to reflect that.

After learning about the solutions Dudley provides from its leadership team and conducting significant outside research to understand the industry, I established the company's brand messaging using StoryBrand BrandScripts. Next, I strategized what content should be on each page of the website and wrote fresh copy that was more educational, engaging, and more customer-centric than their previous site.

I finished the new website in late 2021. Then, in 2023 I did a homepage refresh to reflect the company’s new proficiencies in serving utility providers and renewable energy companies.

I continue to assist the company with creating content, including case studies and quarterly email newsletters.
