As Director of Content at Benali, I created a slew of assets for our client, 1907 Roofing.
The company was newly formed when we began working with them, so I established their brand messaging, wrote their website, and led my team in creating digital marketing assets like social media posts, emails, and blogs. I also wrote an in-depth eBook called The Ultimate Buyer’s Guide To A New Roof that walked customers through every step of the roofing process.
In addition to digital assets, we also created print assets like flyers that they could leave with homeowners when they went on door-knocking campaigns after hail storms.
Brand Messaging & Website
1907 Roofing was a brand-new business that came to my team with absolutely no digital presence.
Their target audience is homeowners, so I started their content strategy by creating a StoryBrand Brandscript to establish the company's messaging.
After that, I began creating a website that spoke to their customer's pain points and showcased how they're different from other roofers in the area.
Buyer's Guide: The Ultimate Sales Tool
Once we created their website, we added an asset that we called an "Ultimate Buyer's Guide." This comprehensive resource walked customers through the entire process of getting a new roof with 1907, from inspection to completion.
It became an essential sales tool for the 1907 team because it answered all of their customer's frequently asked questions, put their minds at ease about a huge home project, and shortened the sales cycle.
Content Creation
We took a multifaceted approach to reaching their target audience, combining digital marketing with boots-on-the-ground direct marketing.
We beefed out 1907's digital presence with blogs posts, case studies, social media posts, and email blasts.
Their team also conducted door-knocking campaigns following large storms, so they needed a flyer to leave with homeowners that was educational but brief and helped them remember 1907.
